Terms of Use

EasyTutor is a workspace for managing tutoring operations: students, classes, schedules, attendance, progress notes, invoices and payments. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter, for keeping your sign-in credentials private, and for obtaining permission to process student and guardian data — including consent from a parent or guardian where the student is a minor. Account access must not be shared between people; invite additional users instead.

Plans and pricing

EasyTutor plans are priced in Malaysian Ringgit. Prices here are read from the same catalogue the checkout uses, so they cannot drift apart:

• Free — RM0. Up to 5 active students, one account. Google automation is not included.
• Volume — RM 20 per month or RM 192 per year. Unlimited students, one account.
• Studio — RM 60 per month or RM 600 per year. Unlimited students, up to 5 accounts.
• Centre — RM 200 per month or RM 2,000 per year. Unlimited students, up to 20 accounts.

On Studio and Centre each tutor sees only the classes assigned to them. Yearly plans are billed once for the whole year.

New workspaces start on the Free plan. No card is required and there is no trial period to expire. If a workspace grows past the Free plan allowance of 5 active students, it keeps working unchanged for 7 days so you can decide whether to subscribe. After that, students beyond the allowance become read-only: their records stay saved and readable, and full access returns as soon as a paid plan is active or the workspace is back within the allowance.

Billing

Payments are processed by Billplz over FPX. EasyTutor does not see or store your banking credentials or card details. FPX does not charge your account automatically: each bill is issued to you and you approve the payment yourself. A renewal bill is issued before the end of each billing period — monthly for the monthly plan, yearly for the yearly plan.

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email; the price you have already paid for a period never changes.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future bills; it does not delete your workspace.

• Monthly plan. Cancel at any time. Your paid month runs to its end date and is not refunded on a partial basis.
• Yearly plan. If you request a refund within 14 days of the payment, we refund it in full. After 14 days the yearly payment is non-refundable, but your access continues until the end of the paid year.
• Service failure. If EasyTutor is unavailable for an extended period through our fault, contact us — we will extend your period or refund it, at your choice.

After cancelling or downgrading, your workspace moves to the Free plan. If you exceed the Free plan limits, existing records stay intact and readable; you will not be able to add new students until you upgrade or reduce your active student count.

Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. You can export a complete machine-readable copy at any time from Settings. You can schedule deletion of the whole workspace from Settings; deletion has a 7-day recovery window, after which the data is permanently removed. Third-party integrations

Optional integrations, including Google Drive and Google Meet, remain subject to each provider's own permissions and terms. You can disconnect them at any time. Availability of a third-party integration is not guaranteed and may change if the provider changes its terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use EasyTutor to store unlawful content, to process data you have no right to process, or to attempt to gain access to other workspaces. We may suspend a workspace that puts other users or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

Availability and liability

We work to keep EasyTutor available and backed up, but the service is provided without a formal uptime guarantee. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect.
